TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Will I receive a refund of the advance payment or the remaining amount for the Accommodation in case of cancellation?
The advance payment for reservation is not refundable. Cancellation can be done minimum 60 days prior to Check-in date and in that case price of the Accommodation will be charged 50% of the remaining price.

While we believe most guests are respectful, we’ve created our Parties' guidelines to provide clear guidance.
The parties guidelines:
• Parties like bachelor parties or maiden parties are not allowed.
• Music on the terrace is allowed during the day in moderate loudness
• If you just hit the mood and it is 10 PM and you want to have a relaxed time with a bit of louder music, you are welcome to use the indoor space and have fun.
