Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase explain the booking, payment, cancellation, and stay conditions for Villa Sunlight and Villa Supreme.

By submitting a booking request, confirming a reservation, or making a reservation payment, you agree to these Terms of Purchase.

1. Booking request

A booking request can be submitted through the website, by email, by phone, or through direct communication. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm the reservation.

2. Reservation confirmation

After receiving your booking request, we will confirm availability, total price, payment instructions, and booking details. The guest is responsible for checking all booking details before making payment, including villa name, dates, number of guests, total price, payment deadline, and any additional services.

3. Reservation payment

To confirm a reservation, a 30% reservation payment is required within 3 days after booking confirmation. Until the reservation payment is received, the reservation may remain open to other guests. The booking is not considered fully confirmed until the required advance payment has been received.

4. Remaining balance

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment instructions provided in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The payment schedule, due date, and payment method will be communicated to the guest before or during the reservation process.

5. Payment method

Payments are usually made by bank transfer using the payment details provided after booking confirmation. Any bank fees, transfer costs, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the guest, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Prices

Prices are displayed per night and may vary depending on the selected villa, season, dates, length of stay, number of guests, and additional services. The final price is confirmed before payment. Extra services may be charged separately.

7. Minimum stay and arrival days

During July and August, bookings are available only from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Different minimum stay rules may apply outside the high season, depending on availability and season.

8. Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms depend on the selected dates, season, length of stay, and confirmed booking conditions. If a guest cancels the reservation, the refund of any paid amount depends on the cancellation conditions confirmed in writing for that specific booking. No refund is guaranteed for late cancellations, no-shows, or early departures unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Changes to reservation

Requests to change reservation dates, number of guests, selected villa, or additional services are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. Changes may affect the total price.

10. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are provided in the booking confirmation or pre-arrival communication. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

11. Guest information

Guests must provide accurate booking information, including name, contact details, number of adults and children, and any relevant special requests. The number of guests must not exceed the agreed maximum occupancy unless approved in advance.

12. House rules and damage

Guests must respect the property, house rules, neighbors, safety instructions, and local regulations. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Damage, missing items, or unusual cleaning requirements may be charged to the guest.

13. Pets, events, and special requests

Pets, events, young groups, boat mooring, food delivery, prestocking, SUP board, bicycles, and other additional services are available only upon request and may include extra charges. Approval must be received before arrival.

14. Force majeure

The villa owner is not responsible for failure to provide services caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, government restrictions, epidemics, utility failures, or other unexpected events. In such cases, both parties will try to find a fair and reasonable solution.

15. Complaints and issues during stay

Guests should report any issue, damage, or complaint as soon as possible during the stay, so that the owner or representative has the opportunity to resolve it. Complaints made after departure may be more difficult to verify or resolve.
